Save the Last Dance (11-Apr-2009)

09 Aug

Gazing at the naked sky,
Waiting for a light to cry;
Just then a shooting star,
Wishing you’re not that far.

In this masquerade, we found each other,
Hoping that the moment will last forever;
Seeing the shade of your hazel eyes,
Look at how quick time truly flies.

Is this really goodbye?
I let in a deep sigh;
Echoes are calling you,
I’ll see you in a few.

The music stops, the curtain falls,
People are emptying the halls.
All I ask is this chance,
To have this one last dance.
