Satellite – SVH Week#2 (Moon) 16-Mar-12

09 Aug
You’re a satellite
Parked in the cold, pitch-black sky
When I’m out at night

I tread this long road
of rough, hard and stony aisle
On my way back home

I passed by a lake
and tried to stop for a while
A long pause I made

Sometimes through the skies
You are nowhere to be found
Waxing and waning

Sometimes you’re smiling
It all depends on your mood
Your light hovering

I hop hurriedly
With a big smile on my face
What else can I say

I enjoyed the walk
Now at my destination
I enter my room

Home sweet home at last
I see you through my window
Then I go to sleep
